Spring has finally sprung.
The snow is starting to melt. I’m wearing my linen pants. I’m riding my bike to work. Yesterday, it was even too warm to wear my jacket. I’m usually the type to enjoy the colder weather. I love fall and I even like winter. I don’t typically look forward to warmth but this year, I am.
I’m feeling a lot more positive, my mind set has changed. I’m excited about spring and summer in a way that I haven’t been in a long time. Maybe it’s just because in general, my mindset has changed.
I’m working on myself. I saw this thing on Facebook that just spoke to me and it’s just saying that I feel like I’m becoming a happier, more confident person. I really like who I am becoming and I’m excited to see what’s in store for her. So the promise of longer days, sunshine, the excuse to get out of the house…I’m excited for it, for once.
For April, I’m continuing to focus on my health and I am zeroing in on the things that work for me. I truly believe that when it comes to your health, you need to do what works best for you. What anyone else says doesn’t matter. Focus on what makes your body feel healthy and strong.
